The Ocean of the Universe (The Era of the Monolith)

Modern cosmology is at an impasse: the H0 and S8 tensions remain unresolved
within the -CDM model. In The Ocean of the Universe, independent researcher
Alexander Shlyapik presents a new paradigm for vacuum physics.
Based on DESI 2026 and XRISM data, the author demonstrates that the Universe
is not a void, but a viscous quantum condensate with = 1.2 1015 Pas.
The work derives the Quantum Snap effect (E = 2.96 keV) and predicts a
resonance mass m = 4.8 keV at 7.5.
The study traces three cosmic phases: from primordial Superfluidity to current
Viscous braking and the final Crystalline Monolith. This is a physical diagnosis
of the Universe and a metaphysics of existence beyond the Chronostasis.
