Victor Anatolievich Tarasov-Shlishan

I was born in Dudinka, Krasnoyarsk Territory, on July 3, 1974. My educational journey began at School No. 38 in Talnakh, where I completed my basic secondary education in 1989. That same fall, I enrolled in the Secondary Special Vocational Technical School No. 75 in the village of Kazantsevo, Shushensky district. However, my career aspirations led me to seek employment at the age of 16. I joined the Experimental Production under the Minusinsk Experimental Methodical Expedition, where I worked as a turner, manufacturing seismic installations for natural resource exploration. In 1991, I decided to pursue further education and enrolled in the Minusinsk Pedagogical School, graduating with a diploma as a physical education teacher.
