Well, young people can keep fit not only with sport but also by eating healthy food. They try to drink enough water and avoid too much fast food or sweets. Many teenagers like walking or cycling instead of taking a bus. Some of them also do simple exercises at home, like stretching or yoga. Sleeping well and having rest is another important way to stay fit and strong.
To tell you the truth, in my free time, I enjoy reading interesting books and listening to music. Sometimes I watch films or play games on the computer. I also like walking outside, especially when the weather is nice. Meeting friends and talking with them makes me happy. Free time helps me relax and forget about school stress.
