Atropatena

King Vache admits the sorcerer Nadovar to his court to stop Qazakas dragons. His commander Shamon engineers the invitation, expecting to gain the throne of Nadovars promised kingdom of darkness. Decades later, Albaner rules Qazaka. Atropat, a young villager, befriends Ismayil, whose parents were murdered, and falls in love with Albaners granddaughter Asmaralla. His courage earns him a knighthood. After Albaner dies, Captain Vazar murders the heir Valmon, frames Atropat and orders his execution. Asmaralla escapes with the crown. Ismayil rescues the tortured Harun. With Ismayils beloved Asena and the villagers, they free Atropat at the execution ground. A dying conspirator reveals Vazars allegiance to Nadovars Order of the Dark Night. Atropat pursues Vazar through the palace; Harun and Ismayil intercept and kill the captain in its hidden passages. Their cooperation saves Atropat and defeats the coup.
