Предисловие

После трёхчасового разговора всё изменилось. Мир, каким я его знал, перевернулся на 180°.

Эта книга раскрывает глубокие системные сбои, которые сформировали глобальные кризисы с момента появления финансовой сверхдержавы США в 1970-х годах, кульминируя в сегодняшней геополитической нестабильности, балансирующей на грани ядерного конфликта.

Он разоблачает элиты, которые манипулируют СМИ для распространения дезинформации, скрывая правду и оставляя общественность в неведении. Он разоблачает скрытое угнетение в т. н. модерной демократии. Это подчеркивает две параллельные линии событий: одну на глобальном уровне и другую интимно личную. Несмотря на их кажущуюся удаленность, эти нити взаимосвязаны и глубоко влияют друг на друга.

This book uncovers the deep-rooted systemic failures that have shaped global crises since the rise of a financial superpower USA in the 1970s, culminating in today's geopolitical instability, teetering on the brink of nuclear conflict.

It exposes the elites who manipulate the media spread misinformation, obscuring the truth and keeping the public in the dark. It exposes the silent repression in a so-called modern democracy. It highlights two parallel threads of events: one on a global scale and the other intimately personal. Despite their apparent distance, these threads are interconnected and influence each other in profound ways. Dr. X distinguishes between Big Scale events – those major news stories everyone knows – and Small-Scale events – personal and often unseen experiences. He argues that while we think we understand the Big Scale through the media, it is just an impression based on the information we consume and process.

By sharing his perspective on both scales, Dr. X invites readers to learn to see the world with his eyes to challenge the picture created by manipulative media.

He also challenges the idea that personal, smaller-scale events are insignificant or powerless in the grand scheme.

He shows events and the causes behind them chronologically organized year-by-year. This includes both, large-scale global and small-scale, personal noteworthy events.

Dieses Buch deckt die tief verwurzelten systemischen Mängel auf, die seit dem Aufstieg der Finanzsupermacht USA in den 1970er Jahren globale Krisen geprägt haben und heute in der geopolitischen Instabilität gipfeln, die am Rande eines nuklearen Konflikts steht.

Es entlarvt die Eliten, die die Medien manipulieren, um Fehlinformationen zu verbreiten, die Wahrheit zu verschleiern und die Öffentlichkeit im Dunkeln zu halten. Es zeigt auf die stille Unterdrueckung in einer s.g. “Demokratie”. Es hebt zwei parallele Handlungsstränge hervor: einen auf globaler Ebene und einen auf intim persönlicher Ebene. Trotz ihrer scheinbaren Distanz sind diese Fäden miteinander verbunden und beeinflussen sich auf tiefgreifende Weise.Dr. X unterscheidet zwischen Großereignissen – den großen Nachrichten, die jeder kennt – und Kleinstereignissen – persönlichen und oft unsichtbaren Erfahrungen. Er argumentiert, dass wir zwar denken, wir verstehen das große Ganze durch die Medien, es aber nur ein Eindruck ist, der auf den Informationen basiert, die wir konsumieren und verarbeiten.

In dem Dr. X seine Perspektive auf beiden Skalen teilt, lädt er die Leser ein, die Welt mit seinen Augen zu sehen, um das oft manipulierend erzeugte Weltbild herauszufordern.

Его опыт взаимодействия с американской правовой системой стал значительным аспектом его пути.

Профессиональная жизнь д-ра Икса была омрачена судебными разбирательствами, которые совпадали с его растущим скептицизмом по отношению к системным институтам.

Его знакомство с юридической системой США стали определяющим аспектом пребыванием в этой стране.

Примечательно, что в рамках судебного процесса, всего за день до видеозаписи показаний 72-летнего пациента, почти через три года после того, как он использовал все вросшие имплантаты вместе с протезами, они были удалены без медицинских показаний под общим наркозом, что предотвратило экспертам д-ра Икса осмотреть работу для защиты от обвинений.

Эта ситуация вызвала подозрение по поводу намеренного уничтожения улик. Этот случай стал для д-ра Икса его первой серьезной встречей с тем, что он видел как неисправную правовую систему в США.

Дело в конечном итоге было улажено, но через несколько лет академический журнал опубликовал статью, в которой были освещены эти проблемы:

Уничтожение улик в деле Пациент против д-ра Икса.

Цитата. Пациент против д-ра Икса, решение суда первой инстанции постановило, что истец по делу о стоматологической халатности, который прошел коррекционную оральную хирургию перед своей видеозаписанной депозицией, не несет ответственности за уничтожение доказательств, даже несмотря на то, что ответчик не смог осмотреть истца или «визуально зафиксировать состояние (стоматологической работы ответчика) в (рту истца), а также увидеть, как эта стоматологическая работа влияла на (речь и способность есть истца)». Акта Нр. ХУ.

Суд по делу пациента, похоже, был совершенно не готов рассматривать медицинское лечение как форму уничтожение улик.

Тем не менее комментатор нашёл механизм для введения санкций. Поскольку истец потенциально нарушил правило Гражданского процессуального кодекса Колорадо, не уведомив ответчика о предстоящей операции.

Истец потенциально может нести ответственность за уничтожение доказателств.

В другом случае спор дошел до слушания в гражданском суде.

Здесь еще одно важное событие открыло обычно плотно закрытую завесу над американской судебной системой – отбор присяжных!

В данном конкретном случае один из нескольких имплантатов вышел из строя. Вместо того чтобы заниматься неудачным имплантатом, «коллеги», которые лечили пациента, удалили все имплантаты, фиксированное протезирование, оставив пациента со съемным полным протезом. Они потребовали компенсацию в размере 250 тысяч долларов США.

Международно признанный стоматолог-имплантолог д-р Миш задался вопросом, почему все имплантаты в обеих челюстях были удалены. Не было никакого медицинского объяснения для этого «лечения».

Судебное разбирательство было назначено на три дня. На второй день выяснилось, что один из присяжных был коллегой мужа пациентки по работе.

Можно задаться вопросом, как так получилось, что человек, непосредственно связанный с семьей истцов, смог пройти через фильтрационный процесс при отборе присяжных.

Еще более примечательно то, что, когда это выяснилось, судья отказался удалить присяжного из состава жюри.

Поэтому можно уже здесь предположить, что всякий раз, когда это целесообразно, глубокое государство манипулирует выбором присяжных, создавая видимость законного процесса, но на самом деле поддерживая лишь красивую фасаду.

Заканчивая этот эпизод, присяжные даже не вышли, чтобы объявить вердикт, потому что, несмотря на «шпиона» в их рядах, они не смогли принять ущерб, причиненный пациенту последующими стоматологами под эгидой бюрократов, который был ослеплен перспективой получения огромной суммы денег.

Это был небольшой эпизод о юридической системе США…

Возвращаемся к большой картине, к причине Иракской войны в 2003 году.

Некоторые актёры ведущих элит США якобы выступают в произведении сатирического театра, в котором они формируют судьбу человечества.

Подобно метеориту, ударившему землю 65 миллионов л. т. н., уничтожившему динозавров и открывшему сцену млекопитающим.

Нам известно, что маленькая группа этих млекопитающих стала обезьянами, слезла с деревьев, развилась в Человека Разумного и начала доминировать животный мир.

Очевидно, мы свидетельствуем следующую ступень развития человечества, в которой некоторые бывшие обезьяны начали работать в Пентагоне, чтоб опять перенаправить судьбу земли.

Шекспир не смог бы написать лучшую постановку.

Появилась интересная информация: оказалось, что причиной вторжения в Ирак не был поиск ОМП, как объявлялось правительством США.

Как оказалось, настоящей причиной вторжения в Ирак было то, что Саддам Хусейн начал торговать иракской нефтью за евро вместо долларов США!

Какая хуцпа, торговать ресурсы своей страны на валюту, не соответствующую потребностям США!

«Кто этот обезьяна Саддам Хусейн, чтобы говорить нам, обезьянам из США, на какую бумагу торговать его нефтью!»

Для этого миллионы иракцев должны были страдать, умирать – так коллективно решила демократически избранная политическая элита США.

Этот торговый шаг Саддама Хусейна оказался серьёзной угрозой экономическим интересам США.

Для д-ра Икса этот бизнес-мотив был ключевым элементом в понимании того, почему администрация США ввязалась в далекую войну. Он задался вопросом, не должна ли демократическая власть не только искать согласия своего народа, но и предоставлять прозрачные обоснования таких значительных действий. Отсутствие четкой информации и возможность обмана предполагали, что американская элита действовала без законного согласия своих граждан, ставя под сомнение принципы демократической прозрачности и подотчетности.

Chapter 1

A Personal Journey

In 1989, Dr. X graduated from dental school, ready to embark on his professional journey. At that time, he could not have anticipated how his career would intersect with pivotal global events.

By 1994, Dr. X had expanded his horizons beyond dentistry by studying macroeconomics. This new field enriched his understanding of global affairs and geopolitics, deepening his perspective on how these elements influence the world economy.

Parallel to completing his PhD in 1999, Dr. X continued his successful dental practice in Germany for eleven years.

In 2001, Dr. X made a significant life change by immigrating to the United States. To practice dentistry there, he needed to obtain a new license and enrolled in the second year of Dental School in Denver.

He was registered for Selective Service, which required him to be available for military service if needed.

The September 11, 2001 attacks marked a turning point. The tragic events deeply impacted Dr. X, just as they did many Americans. As someone prepared for potential deployment, he expressed his support for the U.S. defense efforts by sending a fax to President Bush, urging decisive action against the terrorists. Settling into his new life in the U.S., Dr. X was swept up in the national unity and resolve in response to terrorism. By 2003, Dr. X initially supported the U.S. military buildup around Iraq, believing it was necessary to pressure Saddam Hussein into allowing UN weapons inspections. However, once Saddam permitted the inspections, Dr. X's support waned. He joined many other NATO countries point of view, including Germany, in opposing the invasion.

As a German citizen at the time, Dr. X began investigating the reasons behind the U.S. invasion of Iraq. He found the official justifications increasingly unconvincing, leading him to question whether the U.S. administration had misled both its citizens and the global community. Dr. X argued that a democratic government must provide clear, legitimate reasons for entering conflicts and should not act without the informed consent of its people. The U.S. administration's actions, in his view, were both unauthorized and deceptive.

However, the official rationale for the war began to look increasingly superficial as the preparation for the invasion progressed despite Saddam Hussein's granted UN inspections. Dr. X's support for US foreign policy began to waver.

The US Administration's sincerity is called into question. What was the fundamental reason for the war was not clear.

While the reasons for the Iraq war will be explored in more detail later, it is crucial to address the personal challenges Dr. X faced, which mirrored his growing disillusionment with the systems around him. His experiences with the U.S. legal system became a significant aspect of his journey. Dr. X's professional life was marred by legal battles that paralleled his increasing skepticism, and of systemic institutions.

His extensive experience as dental implantologist – having placed of over 10,000 dental implants within couple years compared to the annual average of 10–20 implants placed by general dentists – exposed him also to the litigation friendly US legal system. Denver implantologist, known for his antagonism toward colleagues, pressured a couple of former patients into filing complaints. Additionally, the Dental Board, a state agency violated local laws interfering with Dr. X's patient treatments. Dr. X's attorney complained to the attorney general office, but was ignored.

A notable case involved a 72–year-old patient who filed a lawsuit alleging subpar dental work, despite having used the 13 implants and fixed partial dentures for three years without problems.

Remarkably, during the lawsuit process, just one day before a videotaped deposition of the 72 years old patient, almost three years after he had used the dental work, all the integrated implants and fixed prosthetic work were removed without medical indication under general anesthesia, effectively preventing Dr. X.'s experts from inspecting the work to defend against allegations made by the supervising body.

This situation raised suspicions about the serious issue of intentional spoliation of evidence. This case marked Dr. X's first major encounter with what he saw as a malfunctioning legal system in the U.S.

The case eventually settled, but a few years later, an academic journal published an article that highlighted these issues:

Spoliation of Evidence in Patient vs. Dr. X.Citation: Patient vs Dr. X: A trial court decision, held that a dental malpractice plaintiff who underwent corrective oral surgery before his videotaped deposition was not liable for spoliation even though the defendant was unable to examine the plaintiff or “to capture visually the condition of (defendant's) dental work in (plaintiff's) mouth, as well as to see how that dental work was affecting (plaintiff's) speech and ability to eat.” Act #XY. The court appeared to be entirely unwilling to consider medical treatment as a form of spoliation. (Red.: Medical treatment without proper medical indication is battery.)

However, the commentator it nevertheless found a mechanism for imposing sanctions. Because the plaintiff had potentially violated Colorado's Rule of Civil procedure by failing to notify the defendant of the impending surgery such that the defendant could make a timely discovery request under that rule. The plaintiff could be liable for spoliation of evidence.

In another case, the dispute went all the way to the civil court hearing.

Here another important event opened up the lead usually tightly closed over the U.S. court system – the jury selection!

In this particular case, one of several implants failed. Instead of dealing with the failing implant the “colleagues” who have treated the patient removed all the implants, the fixed prosthetic work, leaving the patient with a removable complete denture. They demanded US$250K compensation.

An internationally renowned dental implantologist Dr. Misch has questioned why all the implants in both jaws were removed. There was no medical explanation for this “treatment”.

The trial was set for three days. During the second day, it came out, that one of the jurors was a work colleague of the patient's husband.

One may wonder, how come, a person immediately related to the plaintiffs' family was able to make it through the filter process when jurors are being selected.

Even more telling is, that when it came out the judge refused to remove the juror from the panel.

Therefore, one can already here assume, that whenever it is opportune, the deep state is manipulating the selection of the jurors, portraying a sound process, but in reality, keeps up just a nice facade.

To finish telling the story the jury did not even come out to announce the judgment, because despite the “spy” in their rows they could not make sense of the damage to the patient the subsequent dentists under the auspices of the dental board have caused, who was blinded by the prospect to attain huge amount of money.

So far to the U.S. legal system.

Returning to the big picture, to the reasons for the Iraq war in 2003.

Some actors in US leadership act like in satirical theater, in which they try to shape the destiny of humankind, similar to the asteroid, which impacted the earth 65 million years ago, wiping out the dinosaurs to set the stage for mammals. We know that a very small group of those mammals became apes, climbed down the trees, evolved to Human Sapiens Sapiens to dominate the fauna.

Apparently, we are witnessing the next developmental step of humankind, where some of those former apes began to work in Pentagon to reshape yet again the earth's destiny. Shakespeare couldn't have written a better piece.

An interesting information was revealed, that apparently the war was not conducted to find, and eliminate WMD, as the US-administration has pretended. Rather, as it came out, the real reason for invading Iraq was that Saddam Hussein began to trade Iraq's crude oil for Euros instead of US dollars!

What a Khuzpe, to trade his nation's resources for a currency unfitting the needs of the USA!

“Who is it, this monkey Saddam Hussain to tell us, the apes from USA for which paper he has to trade his crude oil!”

For this, millions Iraqis must suffer, die – so had decided the democratically elected US political leadership collectively.

This trade move by Saddam Hussein seemed to threaten U.S. economic interests to a very high degree.

For Dr. X, this business-based motive was a crucial piece of the puzzle in understanding why the U.S. administration engaged in a distant war. He questioned whether a democratic government should not only seek the consent of its people but also provide transparent justifications for such significant actions. The lack of clear information and the possibility of deception suggested that the U.S. elites have acted without legitimate consent of their citizens, challenging the principles of democratic transparency and accountability.

Eine persönliche Reise

Im Jahr 1989 schloss Dr. X die zahnmedizinische Fakultät ab und war bereit, seine berufliche Reise anzutreten. Zu dieser Zeit konnte er nicht ahnen, wie seine Karriere mit entscheidenden globalen Ereignissen zusammenfallen würde.

Bis 1994 hatte Dr. X seinen Horizont über die Zahnmedizin hinaus erweitert, indem er Makroökonomie studierte. Dieses neue Feld bereicherte sein Verständnis für globale Angelegenheiten und Geopolitik und vertiefte seine Perspektive darauf, wie diese Elemente die Weltwirtschaft beeinflussen.

Parallel zu seiner Promotion im Jahr 1999 führte Dr. X seine erfolgreiche Zahnarztpraxis in Deutschland elf Jahre lang.

Im Jahr 2001 nahm Dr. X eine bedeutende Lebensveränderung vor, indem er in die Vereinigten Staaten auswanderte. Um dort Zahnmedizin auszuüben, musste er eine neue Lizenz erwerben und schrieb sich im zweiten Jahr der Zahnmedizinischen Fakultät in Denver ein. Er wurde beim Selective Service registriert, was bedeutete, dass er bei Bedarf für den Militärdienst zur Verfügung stehen musste. Die Anschläge vom 11. September 2001 markierten einen Wendepunkt. Die tragischen Ereignisse haben Dr. X tief getroffen, ebenso wie viele Amerikaner. Als jemand, der auf einen möglichen Einsatz vorbereitet war, drückte er seine Unterstützung für die Verteidigungsanstrengungen der USA aus, indem er Präsident Bush ein Fax schickte und zu entschlossenem Handeln gegen die Terroristen aufrief. Als er sich in sein neues Leben in den USA einlebte, wurde Dr. X von der nationalen Schulterschluss und Entschlossenheit als Reaktion auf den Terrorismus mitgerissen.
