Body Alignment: Keep your spine straight, lengthen through the crown of your head, roll your shoulders back and down, and place both feet firmly on the ground.
Peak Internal State: Establish a sense of quiet confidence, readiness, and calm authority. Maintain a composed and confident facial expression.
Breathing Pattern: Use diaphragmatic breathing: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds.
Step-by-Step Exercise Algorithm
1. Building the Frame: Spinal Alignment
Sit upright on a firm surface. Keep your spine naturally extended, your feet grounded, and your chest open. Reduce unnecessary movement and settle into a stable position.
2. Activating the Peak State: Internal Readiness
Bring yourself into a state of quiet, focused confidence. Allow a sense of calm strength to develop throughout your body. Maintain stillness and steady attention.
3. Pacing the Breath: Diaphragmatic Rhythm
Begin slow, controlled breathing into the abdomen. Inhale for 4 seconds, pause for 2 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. Use the exhale to release unnecessary physical tension.
4. Sustaining Stillness: 15-Minute Immersion
Maintain the posture, breathing rhythm, and internal state for 15 minutes. The objective is to develop a stable physical and mental baseline.
