My Daily Routine
Every day I wake up at seven o’clock. I often feel very sleepy and don’t want to get out of bed. I turn off my alarm and stay in bed for a few minutes. Then I remember that I have school, and I slowly stand up.
I go to the bathroom, wash my face, and brush my teeth. After that, I go to the kitchen. My mother is usually there, and she is making breakfast. I say, «Good morning,» and she smiles and asks how I feel.
For breakfast, I usually eat eggs and bread. Sometimes I eat porridge or cereal. I like to drink tea, but on cold days I drink coffee. While I eat, I talk to my family or check my phone.
After breakfast, I go back to my room and get dressed. Then I pack my school bag. I always check my books and homework because I don’t want to forget anything. One day, I forgot my homework, and the teacher was not happy. Since then, I always check everything twice.
At eight o’clock, I leave the house and go to the bus stop. The bus is often full, so sometimes I have to stand. I usually listen to music and look out the window. I see people going to work, students, and cars on the road.
Classes start at nine o’clock. I have different subjects every day. My favorite subject is English because it is interesting and useful. The teacher is kind and helps us understand everything. I also like history, but I don’t like math very much because it is difficult for me.
At one o’clock, I have lunch with my friends. We sit together, eat, and talk. One day, my friend told a very funny story, and we all laughed so much that the teacher looked at us. It was a little embarrassing, but very funny.
After lunch, we have more classes. I feel tired, but I try to listen carefully. When school finishes at three o’clock, I go home and feel very tired.
At home, I rest for a short time and then do my homework. In the evening, I help my family or watch TV. Sometimes I read a book.
At ten o’clock, I go to bed. Before I sleep, I think about my day. My routine is simple, but I feel comfortable because I know what to do every day.

A Busy Morning
One morning I woke up late. My alarm did not ring, and when I opened my eyes, it was already half past seven. I jumped out of bed and felt very nervous because I had to be at school at eight.
I ran to the bathroom and washed my face very quickly. I did not have much time, so I brushed my teeth fast and went back to my room. I looked at the clock again and thought, «Oh no, I am late!»
I got dressed in a hurry. I could not find my favorite T-shirt, so I put on the first one I saw. Then I started to pack my school bag. My books were not on the table, and I didn’t know where they were. I looked under the bed, on the chair, and in my backpack. Finally, I found them in the living room.
My mother was in the kitchen. She said, «Sit down and have breakfast.» But I said, «I don’t have time!» I took a piece of bread and a banana and ran to the door.
When I left the house, I saw that the bus was already at the stop. I ran as fast as I could. I was lucky because the driver saw me and waited for a few seconds. I got on the bus and said, «Thank you!» I was out of breath, but I felt a little better.
On the bus, I checked my bag again. Suddenly, I realized something was wrong. I forgot my homework at home. I felt very upset because the teacher always checks homework in the morning.
When I arrived at school, I went to class quickly. The lesson started, and the teacher asked for our homework. I told her the truth. She was not happy, but she said I could bring it the next day.
That morning was very busy and a little stressful. After that day, I decided to check my alarm every night and prepare my things before I go to bed.

My Weekend
Last weekend was very nice and relaxing. On Saturday, I woke up later than usual, at about nine o’clock. I did not need to go to school, so I stayed in bed for a few more minutes and checked my phone. Then I got up and went to the kitchen.
My family was already there. We had breakfast together. I ate pancakes with jam, and I drank tea. We talked about our plans for the day. My parents wanted to go shopping, but I wanted to meet my friend Alex.
After breakfast, I cleaned my room. It was not very tidy, so it took some time. I put my clothes in the шкаф, made my bed, and cleaned the table. When I finished, I felt good because everything looked nice.
At about eleven o’clock, I met Alex near my house. We decided to go for a walk in the park. The weather was warm and sunny, and there were many people outside. We talked, laughed, and watched people playing sports. Then we bought ice cream and sat on a bench.
Later, we went to a small café. I ordered a sandwich and juice, and Alex ordered a burger. We stayed there for about an hour and talked about school, teachers, and our plans for summer.
In the evening, I went home. My family and I had dinner together. We ate rice, chicken, and vegetables. After dinner, we watched a film. It was funny, and we all liked it.
On Sunday, I woke up at ten o’clock. I had a quiet morning and did my homework. It was not very difficult, but it took about two hours. After that, I helped my mother in the kitchen. We cooked lunch together.
In the afternoon, I went for a short walk alone. I listened to music and thought about the new week. In the evening, I prepared my school bag and checked my homework.
My weekend was simple, but I enjoyed it. I had time to relax, meet my friend, and spend time with my family.

A Day at School
Last Monday was a normal school day, but it was also a little interesting. I woke up at seven o’clock and felt a bit tired because I went to bed late the night before. I got up, washed my face, and had a quick breakfast. Then I packed my bag and left for school.
I arrived at school a few minutes before eight. I met my friend near the entrance, and we went to class together. Our first lesson was English. I like English because it is not too difficult, and the teacher explains everything clearly. That day, we read a short text and answered some questions.
The next lesson was math. It was not easy for me. The teacher wrote a lot of numbers on the board, and I did not understand one task. I felt a little nervous, but I asked a question, and the teacher helped me. After that, it was easier.
At ten o’clock, we had a short break. I went to the corridor with my friends. We talked, laughed, and checked our phones. One of my friends told a funny story, and we all laughed.
After the break, we had history. The teacher told us about an important event. I listened carefully and took notes. I like history because I enjoy learning new facts.
At one o’clock, it was lunchtime. We went to the school canteen and ate together. I had soup, bread, and juice. The food was simple, but it was good. We talked about our weekend and our plans for the evening.
After lunch, we had two more lessons. I started to feel tired, but I tried to listen and do my work. In the last lesson, we worked in pairs and did a small task together. It was more fun than working alone.
School finished at three o’clock. I said goodbye to my friends and went home. I felt tired but also happy because the day was good. I learned something new and spent time with my friends.
At home, I rested for a while and then did my homework. It was a long day, but it was a good one.

My Favorite Teacher
My favorite teacher is my English teacher. Her name is Ms Brown, and she teaches us every week. I like her lessons because they are interesting and easy to understand.
Ms Brown is always friendly and calm. When we come into the classroom, she smiles and says hello to everyone. She asks how we are and listens to our answers. This makes the class feel comfortable.
In her lessons, we do many different activities. Sometimes we read texts, sometimes we listen and repeat, and sometimes we speak in pairs. I like speaking activities because I can practice my English with my classmates. Ms Brown always helps us if we don’t know a word.
She explains grammar in a simple way. If we don’t understand, she explains again. She never gets angry and always gives us time to think. When we make mistakes, she says, «It’s okay, try again.» This helps me feel more confident.
One day, I was very nervous because I had to speak in front of the class. I was afraid to make mistakes. Ms Brown smiled and said, «You can do it.» I started slowly, and after a few sentences, I felt better. At the end, she said, «Good job!» I was very happy.
She also gives us interesting homework. It is not too difficult, but it helps us learn new words and practice. I like doing her homework because I understand it.
Ms Brown is not only a good teacher, but also a kind person. She respects all students and wants us to do our best. I always feel relaxed in her class.
Because of her, I like English more and want to learn it better. She is my favorite teacher, and I am happy to have her.

A New Student in Class
Last week, something interesting happened in our class. We got a new student. His name is Tom, and he came from another city. It was his first day at our school, and everyone was curious.
When the lesson started, our teacher introduced him. Tom stood in front of the class and said a few words about himself. He spoke quietly and looked a little nervous. He said he liked football and video games. Some students smiled, and the classroom felt more relaxed.
The teacher asked him to sit next to me because there was a free seat. I said hello and asked his name again to be sure. He smiled and said, «Tom.» At first, we did not talk much because he was shy.
During the break, I decided to speak to him again. I asked where he was from and how he liked the school. He said everything was new for him, and he didn’t know many people. I told him about our teachers and subjects. Slowly, he started to talk more.
